Acrylic lettering is carved with a special knife for borderless characters. After the aluminum edge strip is grooved and bent using a wrapping machine, it is fixed to the panel with adhesive for 3 seconds. After forming, the edge strip is sealed and reinforced with "borderless character special adhesive" at the inner corners of the panel. The process is the same as that of ordinary luminous characters.
