Instructions for using borderless aluminum edge strips

Flat aluminum edge strips are suitable for making borderless characters, with a beautiful appearance and a CNC lettering mechanism.

The lettering is carved with a special knife for borderless characters. After the aluminum edge strip is grooved and bent using a lettering machine, it is fixed with adhesive for 3 seconds when it is wrapped to the panel. After forming, it is sealed and reinforced with "borderless character special adhesive" at the inner corners of the panel. The process is the same as that of ordinary luminous characters.
